Package Travel Regulations (PTR) Policy
Right to Clear Information Before Purchase
Travelers are entitled to receive comprehensive information about their package before entering into a contract. This includes, but is not limited to, details about the destination, itinerary, accommodation, meals, and transportation.
- Transfer of Package
Travelers have the right to transfer their package to another person, provided sufficient notice is given and any applicable fees are paid. - Price Increases and Decreases
- Package prices are generally fixed after booking. However, price increases are allowed only under specific conditions (such as increased fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates) and must be limited. If the price increase exceeds 8%, the traveler has the right to cancel the package with a full refund.
- If costs decrease, the traveler is entitled to a price reduction.
- Alterations to the Package
If significant changes are made to key elements of the package (such as destination, quality of accommodation), the traveler must be informed and given the option to:
- Accept the changes
- Opt for an alternative package
- Receive a full refund
- Right to Cancel
Travelers can cancel the package before departure in exchange for a refund, although a cancellation fee may apply. In cases of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest), travelers can cancel the package without paying a cancellation fee and are entitled to a full refund. - Responsibility for Services
The package organizer is responsible for the performance of all travel services included in the package, regardless of whether those services are provided by third parties. - Assistance and Support
If a traveler encounters difficulties during their holiday, the organizer must provide appropriate assistance, such as information on health services, local authorities, and consular assistance. - Refunds and Compensation
- If any part of the package is not delivered as promised, the traveler is entitled to appropriate compensation, including possible price reductions and/or compensation for damages.
- If the package cannot be delivered as agreed due to significant changes, travelers are entitled to a full refund and/or compensation.
- Repatriation
In case of insolvency of the package organizer or any service provider, the traveler has the right to a refund and, if the holiday has already started, repatriation to the original departure point.
